Our Team
Angie Heyming (at our Waynesboro facility)
We are a small, family-owned business with a dedicated crew that is passionate about making a high quality product and bringing it to you in a sustainable way.
Angie divides her time between Waynesboro and Richmond, managing sales and marketing and helping with local deliveries. With so much time spent on I-64, she is very thankful for her hybrid car!
Hank oversees operations in Waynesboro, working with the Brew Crew and in the Tap Room to produce and sell our delicious kombucha.
The Heyming kids — Franklin, Dotty, and Jasper — help with both sales and operations, doing whatever is needed whenever asked, whether it’s heavy lifting at the brewery or waking up before dawn for a festival. Unfortunately, with Franklin away at college, we don’t get him quite as often as we’d like.
The Brew Crew and Tap Room Team — Darrell, Ben, Alex, Dave, Jordan, Jorge, and Adrian — are the work horses behind the scenes who get it all done. While all of them will happily fill your growlers, Adrian and Jordan are who you are most likely to see at the front of the house (and it was Ben who you may have seen every Saturday at the Nelson Country Farmers Market).
Last, our awesome sales team — primarily Christina, Samantha, Rosemarie, and Johanna — perform in-store demos throughout the region and call on new and existing accounts, helping us reach (and gain) new customers by the sip.

Dotty loves Chai Trail (and climbing!) (pictured at Peak Experiences in Richmond, where they sell several of our can flavors)
Franklin (looking good in BRB apparel at Wintergreen Resort)
Jasper (hosting a tasting table at Kroger in Midlothian)
Dave (after a long delivery day)
Ben hates photos but is as hard a worker as they come and deserves mention on our website! Many of you may have met him at the Nelson County Farmers Market (just about every Saturday in the summer) or at the Tap Room (saving the day when others call in sick).
Rosemarie has been doing in-store tastings for us for years! We love that the folks at Good Foods in Richmond ask for her by name. (Pictured here at Good Foods.)
