The Can Line
Blue Ridge Bucha is sustainably handcrafted in small batches in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Like any good kombucha, it is raw and unpasteurized and teaming with live probiotics, healthy enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Our premium non-alcoholic kombucha is also 100% USDA Organic, all-natural, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, and refreshingly delicious.
Offering more versatility than our glass bottles, our recyclable, nonbreakable cans are easy to pack (taking up much less space in a cooler) and able to go where glass is not allowed. Since Blue Ridge Bucha is known for the bright colors of our all-natural brews, we worried about using vessels that hid the contents. Our solution was to create brightly colored labels (though still simple in design), with our signature little black circle logo taking on eye-popping colors that matched the colors of the hidden brews (for the most part).
The flavors of our Can Line are only sold in cans and kegs (and on tap where kegs are sold). We do not overlap bottle and can flavors.
Elderberry Lime
Bold, sweet, and just a little tangy, this deep purple brew owes its deliciousness to the berries that we use. A very flavor-forward blend, Elderberry Lime is, in one customer’s words, “really freaking good.” Pour it in a glass if you have one handy so you can see the awesome rich color.
CranBucha
A showstopper when ice cold, this surprising palate pleaser presents the perfect balance of cranberries and ginger. Once limited to the holiday season, the refreshing sweet-tart blend is now available year round (making customers like Brooke very, very happy).
Hoppin’ Orange
Crafted with cascade hops and fresh orange juice, Hoppin’ Orange is a smooth, citrusy bucha (tasting a little like grapefruit) that has acquired a large and wide-ranging fan base — including folks who don’t normally enjoy kombucha, those looking for a tasty NA, and Angie’s mom.
Ginger Hibiscus
Hank’s favorite can flavor, Ginger Hibiscus is a softened, more delicate version of our Original Ginger. Still containing gut-healthy and inflammation-fighting ginger root (cold-pressed at our brewery), the addition of hibiscus flowers adds a warm aroma and subtle sweetness.
Chai Trail (formerly “KombuCHAI”)
Customers are usually surprised and a little skeptical when they come across our chai. Dotty’s favorite flavor, it is true amazing. We use the same chai tea spices that are used in coffee shops for chai lattes, sweetened with a little molasses and touch of cane sugar. (This is the only flavor that has sugar added after fermentation.) Don’t be shy; try the chai.
Rockin’ Cherry (formerly “Star Spangled Bucha”)
Coming soon in limited production, this is our answer to the loud and booming call for a cherry flavor. Crafted with tart cherries (which are not actually very tart) and hibiscus flowers, Rockin’ Cherry is sweet, fruity, and (of course) refreshingly delicious. As with Elderberry Lime, the rich, bold color is super cool. Visit our Tap Room and fill a growler so you can really see the red (or just pour it in a glass).
