Getting Started with Sourdough with Heather Coiner, Co-owner of Little Hat Creek Farm                                                                     

Sourdough bread is a process more than a specific style of bread. Learn how to start and maintain a sourdough culture (it is easier than you think!), and then how to vary your process to create the bread you dream of. Bring your questions, and a jar to take home some starter. Heather has been baking sourdough bread professionally for six years, and started the wood-fired bakery at Little Hat Creek Farm in 2013.

Cost: $25 per person -OR- $20 per person if you sign up with a friend!
